Procore Technologies

At Procore, I lead the design of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer support and operational efficiency in construction. I designed Procore Assist, a mobile chatbot for iOS/Android that gives construction workers instant answers in the field, reducing support case load for human agents. I also orchestrated the design of an AI-powered customer support outreach agent, projected to cut support volume by 15% and reduce operational costs by 2%. Additionally, I created and tested a 0–1 concept for SOP management, validated with customers who confirmed its potential to improve workforce direction, efficiency, and retention at scale.

Yahoo! Sports

At Yahoo Sports, I led high-impact product design initiatives across video, editorial, fantasy, and AI-driven experiences. I redesigned the video page, increasing ad completion from 33% to 45% and video completion from 26% to 42%, helping secure a strategic partnership with OneFootball. I directed the design of a sports team-based AI newsletter for MLB fans, achieving a 7% DAU CTR and 21% full-read completion, far surpassing targets. I also led the creation of Game Catch Me Up, enhancing how NFL fans re-engage with missed game moments. My redesign of the Yahoo Sports Originals module improved SEO, content access, and author visibility, reaching a 17.3% DAU CTR across platforms. On Yahoo Fantasy, I optimized the NFL Live Activities experience, driving a 15% lift in game page visits. Additionally, I introduced a curated article link module, achieving a 3% CTR. Beyond product work, I served as interim design manager, mentored senior designers, and volunteered as design system lead, ensuring consistency and quality across Core Sports and Fantasy platforms.

At OnlineMedEd, I led major redesign efforts across B2B and B2C products that significantly improved business performance and user experience. I spearheaded the redesign of the Faculty View web product by engaging directly with institutional customers through discovery sessions and presenting prototypes. This redesign helped drive a revenue increase from $600K in 2019 to $3.2M in 2021. I also introduced new product directions—including an iOS app, lesson page templates, and flexible checkout flows—while advising product strategy and design metrics to help quantify design ROI. I consulted closely with the co-founder to reimagine the platform’s lesson-based pedagogy and implemented a scalable design system that improved engineering efficiency and met WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Beyond product work, I mentored a team of UX/visual designers, trained over 70 employees on the value of design systems, and contributed critical pandemic-era tools such as the COVID-19 landing page and Case X faculty dashboard.

The Appraisal Lane

At The Appraisal Lane, I led key product redesigns that strengthened both the B2C and B2B experience, ultimately supporting the company’s acquisition by its investor, Reynolds and Reynolds. I reimagined the design of the consumer-facing plug-in used on partner dealership websites, enabling customers to quickly receive cash offers or vehicle estimates. I also redesigned the iOS and Android apps to streamline offer delivery to customers. To ground design decisions in user needs, I secured a research budget and facilitated both moderated and unmoderated testing sessions. Additionally, I established T.A.L.’s first design system, creating reusable components that ensured consistency across products and accelerated development.

At Inmar Intelligence, I collaborated on cross-functional teams to build and launch digital products and brand identities for consumer-facing solutions. I played a key role in designing the brand identity, website, and iOS app for Swizl, an adult beverage lifestyle brand, and contributed illustration and product design work to Hopster, a B2C coupon and cashback app. As part of the Clarus Agency software team within Inmar, I also supported initiatives that contributed to Inmar’s acquisition by OMERS Private Equity. I regularly created and presented design assets for major clients including Coca-Cola, Publix, Rite Aid, and Zion Prosecco.

My design leadership played a key role in elevating the agency’s value, ultimately contributing to its acquisition by Inmar Intelligence.
